Enjoy the flavors of South East Queensland with a Charcuterie Grazing Platter offering a delicious selection of locally sourced seasonal Artisan ingredients which can be enjoyed at your holiday accommodation, aboard a boat on the Noosa river, the Noosa Ferry, beaching it on main beach under the Pandanus trees, delivered to your picnic location, or to your home when you just want to relax and graze.

Our Charcuterie platter is just like a tasting platter that include a variety of local and hinterland farm cheeses varieties, such as Maleny cheese, Woombye cheese, Max and Tom, Kenilworth dairy, and the little white goat. Locally crafted free range and nitrate free kabana made by chef/artisan Butcher Ryan from Mary valley small goods, cured nitrate free cured meats from our makers at Borgo Salumi, our local Noosa butcher Steve Young producing Award winning Hams with his team at noosa meat center, naturally wood smoked by hand. Piggy in the Middle our local free range farmer producing nitrate free- and free-range produce are some local favorites you may also sample in your platter. Our platters produce is Gluten free apart from the amazing organic local sourdough (optional). For the Dairy intolerant Dannielle makes dairy free Organic Pate and add Vegan Cheese so you can enjoy our Charcuterie platter if you have a dairy intolerant.

South East Queensland mixed olives produced by Watercress Creek olives and limes, as well as Organic olives from Coolmunda farm, condiments made with local bamboo shoots by artisan Big Heart Bamboo, signature Pate made by the Noosa forager using organic chicken livers from Bendale Farm and local ingredients ( soon to be sold in small batch to local retail stores), local farmers’ fresh fruit & vegetables, Noosa Reds heirloom tomatoes and baby cucumbers, the Fermentier or Kehoe’s amazing sauerkraut, condiments from Cedar Creek Farm bush foods, Noosa forager dips made fresh from local produce, If you like a bit of heat just let me know and ill include a House of salsa dip… the mild green with pineapple is my favorite. Nurtured greens edible flowers and micro herbs, accompaniments such as cornichons, picked onions, capers, crackers from Rozas, crusty organic sourdough baguette made by Tanglewood organic sourdough bakery.

Price: For two: $150 for this size that is Generous grazing for 2 people.

We are so encouraging for you to ask us to create something different for your catering needs, please touch base as we can make platters of all sizes and many different menu items using the local produce, and different pricing.

The platter will be accompanied with a complementary kraft carry bag, palm leaf plates, a set of wooden cutlery, disposable cups and paper napkins.

Alternatively you can purchase a set of clear reusable classic wine and champagne glasses, that you can keep for your next special occasion whilst on your Noosa vacation.
